2 pieces of damaged goods was reported to this company and they have ignored my request for replacements to be sent. In the meantime Alibaba had released the payment to them because I had not "confirmed nor requested a refund". I believed I was still communicating acting with the company regarding the damaged pieces therefore could not confirm or ask for a refund. I believe the company purposely ignored my request so as to kill time in order for the payment to be released so now that they have my money I don't believe they will replace the damaged pieces. Absolutely untrustworthy!
